Faculty onboarding
The faculty in the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering believe that engineering is more than a discipline — it’s a mind-set, a way of looking at the world in light of how challenges can be met most efficiently, sustainably, safely, cost-effectively, compassionately and in ways that maximize impact.
We are an engineering school that serves the needs of students and the larger society; acts on smart ideas; transforms people, places, and things; and betters the world today and tomorrow.
Our students and graduates, propelled by our impactful faculty, are part of a community of problem solvers who are passionate about finding innovative and entrepreneurial solutions to the most pressing challenges facing our society.
Most importantly, we say that engineering is a team sport. For our faculty there are many resources — both through ASU and within the Fulton Schools — to help you be successful.
New Faculty Advisory Council (NFAC)
NFAC facilitates the integration of new engineering faculty into ASU by fostering a culture of collaboration and community. We welcome new faculty and provide opportunities for professional development.
